Asthma is a chronic disease that affects respiratory airways of your lungs. Your airways are breathing tubes that carry air in and out. In asthmatic patient, it causes inflammation in the lungs.

Unfortunately, asthma is a more common chronic disease, with an estimation of 300 million get affected worldwide. Its prevalence is increasing worldwide, especially in children.

But fortunately asthma can be treated effectively and symptoms can be controlled.

1. Wheezing

3. Shortness of breath
4. A cough
These symptoms get worse at night.

2. Environmental Factors
    Dust mites, exposure to tobacco smoke, predisposed to pollen molds
3. Eczema and allergy rhinitis
4. Occupational Exposures
    Irritants at workplace, chemicals, dust etc.
5. Dietary changes
    like junk food contains MSG
